The first paper presentation session of the FITCE Congress was scheduled on the morning of Thursday 6th September 2018 and comprised four papers that examined issues associated with 5G and media delivery. The session was introduced and chaired by Guntram Kraus, FITCE Gruppe Deutschland e.V.
